You are spending $1,000,000,000 a year which includes $1,000,000 per year per soldier, for the lost Iraq-Afg war. It has been 15 years. Three times as long as World War II and longer than Vietnam. Billions of your dollars every year go to apartheid Israel and corrupt Egypt. The elites think about how to slash your Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. Your infrastructure [roads, bridges and schools] collapse, unemployment increases, and the mental infrastructure collapses with teacher lay-offs, grade elimination, and the extinction of the middle class. The US “spends its people’s precious resources not on roads, or schools, or hospitals, or jobs that benefit all” but on wars and support for foreign groups. over the last decade, what was the GOP position? Spend (a) on “roads, or schools, or hospitals, or jobs” or (b) losing wars that kill the innocent? Republicans want to spend all your money overseas blowing up things and people. Meanwhile the government in next-door Mexico collapses into a state run by narcotics gangs.
