Note how this purportedly “neutral” entity uses corruption to impugn certain nations. I propose another metric: states that have bombed waged wars of aggression on other states. That puts every nato country in the “bad” column and makes the “corrupt” countries in the good. on an issue of international law the international law of war would seem to be a decent metric. How many countries has China bombed since Obama took office? none. The US, seven by my count. plus Ukraine and Honduras. The metric you choose tells us as much about the rater as the rated.
